Q. How do I make a booking?
A. You can contact us either via the website or by phone. If you are contacting us via the website please provide as much information as possible on your event
Q. What happens once I have booked?
A. In the weeks coming up to your function we will be in contact with you to finalise the logistics and any special requirements you may have including liaising with other suppliers for your event if required
Q. Can I pick a songs?
A. If you have a special song for your first dance or a particular party favourite and you do not see it on our set list then, as part of our personalised service, the band will learn the song for your function.
Q. How long will you play for?
A. We will arrange this with you to suit your event
Q. What time will you arrive?
A. We will contact you and the venue prior to your event and arrange a time that is convenient to both to allow ample time for us to set up our sound and lighting systems. Typically we aim to arrive approximately 2 hours before your event starts.
Q. What about background music?
A. We can offer background music throughout any breaks or can connect an Ipod if you have a particular song list you have already prepared. As part of our options you can also book a live DJ as part of the package
Q. How long will it take you to set up?
A. Typically it will take between 1 and 2 hours to set up
Q. How much does it cost to book Artistic License?
A. Our fees are excellent value for the service we provide and depend upon a number of factors including size of venue, location, services required and travelling time. We will be happy to discuss your event and to provide you with a quotation.
